This new website supports a large body of new printed materials, and reflects the new positioning with completely updated content and a strong new design. More than brochure-ware, Gelco's site is an active part of the support and service Gelco provides to its customers worldwide. We examined user profiles then created a streamlined architecture for the site and the business processes Gelco provides online. The new look and feel we created is detailed with new messaging to match Gelco's variety of users and visitors. To support that number of user roles, including access control and custom content, Formative created the site in ColdFusion, providing efficient and high effective service to its customers wherever and whenever they log-in.
