Formative—PeopleSoft Branding and Marketing: Since 1995, Formative has consulted with PeopleSoft, helping guide and build the corporate brand as the company evolved into a world leader in the enterprise software market. We've consulted on development of two complete corporate branding/marketing communication systemsãsignature style, grid, color palette, and style guidelines. Our work includes the development, design and production of annual reports, the quarterly PeopleTalk magazine, marketing communication materials, packaging, special promotions, and tag lines for worldwide advertising and marketing campaigns.

We consult with top management and business unit project managers to assure strategy, positioning, messaging and brand promise are aligned. With technology partners and PeopleSoft's IT department, we've participated in development of an extranet digital archive system. This resource includes positioning and strategy reports, branding style guidelines, searchable, downloadable files of logos, document templates, plus an extensive proprietary library of photos, illustrations and icons.
