Formative—Chevron Corporate Communications: Everyone knows Chevron—but do they really know Chevron? Our job is to expand and pump up the volume on the Chevron story for employees all around the globe. We design and produce two prize-winning quarterly magazines The Blend for Chevron Global Lubricants and Hearts&Minds for Chevron Global Marketing. Through great design and a focus on excellence of execution, these two publications serve to inspire greater employee interaction and participation. By incorporating Chevron's own compelling stories and photos, the magazines are a strong reflection of the ideas, concerns, and aspirations of Chevron co-workers worldwide. In addition to a range of Chevron event and conference materials, we have also developed an online "Letter from the President," which includes a range of dynamic dashboard features that give readers an at-a-glance view of key metrics: safety, performance and profitability.
